Our original hotel overbooked hoping someone wouldn't show so when we did they didn't have a room for us. This hotel accommodated my family (2 adults and 4 kids) with no issues. Was clean and the staff were AWESOME! Couldn't be happier
This place felt quite unusual. There was not staff at the reception ever. We needed to phone to check in or if there were problems with the key cards. The rooms were clean and warm but the taps dripped constantly. We stayed two nights and couldn't get hot water for showers the second morning.
Stayed there over night. Everything was as promised except no wifi.

This place was TERRIBLE. The man we checked in with was really rude and mean; basically yelled at us because we double checked the price. The battery was dead in the smoke detector in our first room and was beeping, so we asked them to replace it. They didn't have batteries so they moved us to the room next door, which was FILTHY. There were empty food wrappers on the floor, the heat didn't work, and there were pubic hairs and dirt in the sheets. We brought this up to the manager and he said, "I'm sorry about this. This never happens here. Only occasionally." We got a good laugh out of that. On the whole, it was a pretty disgusting, terrible experience. I've paid half as much for a motel in the middle of nowhere USA that was better than this.
